Hello!
I have some progress with this BT46

I have drilled a holes of air intakes and a hole for mouth of fuel tank





I have lengthened a cowling and have drilled some other technological holes






Lateral panels of a rear wing

Tamiya configuration


Earlier configuration of a rear wing which was used on Grand Prix of South Africa


I have corrected this moment

Cowling is painted in TS8 by air brush without clear coat yet. As clear I use 2K varnish.

It need to be painted

Cowling under the 2K clear

Very nice paint and clear coating work as detailing !
Despite I'm not a real F1 fan those old formula ones are great build subjects to follow as each car is different from the others.

At first I cut off this fastenings

(at this photo windscreen from BT50, but fastenings are very similar with BT46)

Then polishing...



and painting in clear blue
