My brother forgot to put my oil cap on mine one time and i drove almost 40 miles home and didn't know until i got out of my car and oil was all over my front bumper.

I've also put too much oil in my car because I was in a hurry and didn't check the level. My fiancee was behind me in her car and the smoke was so thick she almost went off the road. You may have put too much oil and additives in.

Im gonna start off by saying I dont want the si motor, sorry, but if have to throw a d series engine in there temporarily it'll be the zc, so at least Ill have a little extra power and only 35K miles.

secondly I would've checked the oil level but i cant now. When i pull out my dipstick oil is like nearly half way up the stick, i guess do to the cap being off or some shit, cuz it's been like that since b4 adding the additives. I do plan on changin the oil sometime in the next week, hopefully next Wed, cuz i have off then, so i guess ill just have to wait and see for now.

PS Glad im not the only one whose forgot to put the cap on twice, i feel better now.....least until i think about my car again lol.

i left the oil cap off my old CRX when a hurricane hit, and after it was gone, i tried to go start her up and it didnt heh, that was the only time that happened heh.

my 90 civic is a stock motor with 200k and it smokes, i swear every week when i pull up to get gas im putting in oil too haha, qrt a week easy

but im about to get my b16, and should have it in this summer, cant wait

when i sit idle, and rev up, there is black powder where my tailpipe is, and the back of my car gets really dirty from it too heh
