i have a 98 ex d16y8 with stock internals JRSC 7-8psi i was wondering if nitrous is out of the question

Sleeve it and build up your internals.

To the creator of this thread
Supercharger - very reliable, horsepower and torque gained over the entire power band, no lag, but not too upgradable besides a larger pulley

Turbocharger - requires a little maintenance but like said can be reliable as well if tuned correctly, horsepower and torque gained later in powerband, lags a bit, far more upgradable than a supercharger
