ahh so you do the center first THEN the outsides. I was trying to do it backwards. thanks! also, where did you find flat clear coat? i cant find it anywhere

actually it doesn't matter outside or inside, always paint lighter or brighter color first, then only paint darker color, i use gunze flat clear, i get it at my local hobby store.
