Well since Taranaki tried to discredit the Trabant police car (suggesting it had been photoshopped of all things) I guess I will have to further explain. That picture was the last of a series, showing how they made this custom Trabi - it was posted on a hungarian email-group for Wartburgs/Trabants, therefore I couldn't understand the writing and why I can't explain too much more. This car does exist, I can find some pictures of the progress that I saved if anybody wants to see them. In the meanwhile, how about this police Yugo GVX!?
