YOUR IN GEORGIA AND THE CAR IS IN GEORGIA...THEREFORE, GEORGIA IS THE ONLY STATE THAT YOU CAN SALVAGE A VEHICLE, THEN RE-TITLE IT....SO BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GET CARS AROUND THAT AREA COZ SOMETIMES SOME OF THEM COME FROM DIFFERENT STATES THAT WON'T HAVE A HISTORY ON IT BECAUSE IT WAS DECLARED A LOSS AND WAS RE-APPLIED FOR A TITLE IN GEORGIA....
