I don't know what version of the game they sell in NY...
 Without cheats, my game never spawned the Hunter at the army base before I had 100 packages, and never spawned it at the Ocean Beach house before I had 100%. The only time I ever saw it in the game before then was in the Cortez mission on the boat.

Same version of the game as they sold everywhere else...dude....
 I moved here from Colorado..the game was bought there......has never had a shark put on it....No cheat codes either.:alien2: The only thing I can say for sure is I do have all the MISSIONS complete....which is apparently only about 76% of the game....

i dont know what i did to deserve it, but i had it before i beat all the missions, i only have like 70packages, so i dont know whats going on.

As I said before, I believe it's based on game completion. I have between 50-60% complete, and it lets me get the Apache. Also, it could be a different version of the game. I got mine for Christmas last year, so they could have made some changes between then and when you all got your copies.

Of course, I got 100 packages before I passed the first mission, so maybe I never got to see any other triggers that might make it appear...
