Your speedometer problem is probably very simple. I'll bet you just nudged the cable while you were trying to get it to start. That happens to me when I change the oil filter, and the cable gets pulled about a half inch out of its resting place in the transmission. Once you get it going again, you can mess with it a little at a time. Drive, pull over, pull the cable up a half inch and then push it back down where it goes. After 3 or 5 tries, it'll get back in the right place and start working again.

PS-When the cable is pulled out just a bit, and the speedometer is not woriking, it makes the check engine light come on.

Well i still have not gotten out that dam nut. I gues i will have to dremel it out carefully. Any other ideas on how to take that sucker out?
