Thank you. I cant wait to get the frame done either. What I primed last night I am very pleased with. I should be able to get the two rails together tonight.

Im still waiting for the motor, rims, and tires though. I really need that motor soon. The progress on the frame will stop after recieving the motor to build, and fabricate the tranny so I have clearences and final cross-members put in the correct place.

UPDATES:

Heres a quick update while I am waiting for putty and epoxy to dry.

Heres the primered right rail, still found a couple spots that need touch up, but it looks pretty good. Im quite pleased.

Heres the other rail, left side. Ready to put the tubes in for the cross members and then Bondo it up.

Please comment. Hopefully I can get a couple cross members put together by the end of the day.

Thanks Steve. It is beginning to look like something. I am very pleased with what I have done on the right side.

Thanks for the comment. This thing is a beast. Is spans a good 3/4 of my airbrush paint booth. It only ways about 8ounces though. If I were using 4130 Steel it would be a lot heavier.

Thanks for the support. If you want to be even more supportive bump my thread when it nears the bottom. But just dont get it locked or I'll be pissed.

The new sig, yea. I think its much better than my last. The old one I just wipped together in 5 minutes in Photoshop. The new one is animated. I figured with it being animated, and "trippy" it might lure people in. I hope it works because I need all the support I can get.

I'm not responding to your thread until you get rid of the sig that makes it impossible to scroll through the thread.

Take that.

Re: ULTIMATE SCRATCHBUILD: 1/6 Hot Rod (Progress)

Hooray! Pics are ok, but when they go animated (like Nismo400R's) they slow me up considerably. Perhaps it's just my 5 year old computer... Thanks GTMike...!
