Sami - here's another poster you might want to get.

auto-mobilia.eu

I thought about getting one till I saw the €30 shipping charge to the USA.

Thanks Erik!
This time I have to say no for that one. Fortunately I have one Le Mans 1997 Poster allready, quite as same angle than here, so that's fine to me.

A few of those items will be duplicates for me so I'll have some things to offload in the future.

Re: Show us your F1 Memorabilia / F1 related items you've bought

You've finally gotten the GTR book!

I saw that auction, but everything bar the GT book would have been a duplicate [I think] so hoped someone here would have seen it and won it

I think seeing as the Michael Cotton book wasn't in the brief headline description, just in the main body of text it missed alot of peoples radars

Yes Phil - I was the extremely lucky winner!

Yes - finally a copy of "GTR" but of course not the cover I was really hoping for. It will certainly do for now - that was a long overdue addition to the library.

I am most excited about a few of the press kits. I don't normally seek those out but they will definitely be great additions to the collection too. I really thought that my mediocre bid wasn't going to be nearly enough to win the auction. I thought for sure someone who didn't already have many of those items would add things up in their head and decide that the whole lot was worth quite a bit more. There are of course some very deep-pocketed F1 enthusiasts out there. Imagine my surprise when the email arrived stating I had won!

I do wonder if the current owner of these items has ever found our forum? I will be asking him about it when I forward payment later on today.

Well if I ever find one with the Gulf cover to buy and the timing is right for me then the West covered version will need to find a new home. I will keep you in mind.

Maybe we can trade for that lamp you have.

Earlier this season I got some nice goodies from the McLaren guys at Spa 24h.

(signed) postcards, a MP4-12C GT bag and cap, and a USB stick McLaren GT.

Hello,

DA sold by Amazon is in reality out of stock after 2 months wait.
I received another DA in average condition for a cheap price. Pic on Facebook.

exactly the same here; this weekend I got the confirmation from Amazon, order cancelled and bought a DA locally for just € 25 (without poster) for a friend.
