Re: 360 Cs Blu Notte

Regarding all the work you put into the brakes, your wheels of choice guarantee a great view on them while the BBS-wheels kind of hide the brakes more. This is a somewhat practical arguement since taste and style is always a matter of personal preference. I´d say, follow your instincts. If these rims won´t work in the end you can easily switch back to the BBS´s.

They would look good in gun metal with a polished silver lip.

Uh uh: you understand at all my tastes LOL, not thanks

The mild engine (those hidden in the baby's belly )

Done spark plugs wiring, and also fuel rails (despite you'll see not a lot with airbox and upper frame installed, it would be a good training for the spare engine, those showed alone, not easy origami, I guess I'll send a warning letter to the PE manufacturer LOL), added also bolts (calibre 35) to the differential p-etched cover (done in 1 only piece: I fuc##d one and I'll use the complete set fr the spare engine) and to the gear cover; let me start with lambda sond and termostat connector: 3 each side/exaust, not yet glued/painted, you'll see few hours following finished:

Wiring before fuel rails mounting

bolts:

.. and fuel rails

see you soon guys

(and sorry id this update is not so explosive as previous... LOL)

Re: 360 Cs Blu Notte

We are lucky this UP is not so "explosive" as usual........

What would it be otherwise?

Really nice Job!

I also have the bolts from Caliber35, but didn't use them................yet!

Re: 360 Cs Blu Notte

JanMarie, Alex thanks for your kind and friendly massive support , appreciated

JM: calibre35 stuff are icredible speaking of details (and size) compared with machined stuff, as you'll see, but the material is not so strong and the sprue a bit large in diam., BTW, for the price, and comparedwithmachined stuff, they're more than amazing!!

Franco, oooofranco, glad to see you here, Doc. Tnx

Re: 360 Cs Blu Notte

You may say this isn't as explosive but these updates on this engine still packs quite a punch. Beautiful workmanship.

Re: 360 Cs Blu Notte

Thanks guys, more stuff: exaust,

something that would come lost, after muffler and airbox mounting, but that will give his contribution to the "wire organised chaos" : oli lines

and lambda sonds (2 each side) and termostat:

I need a careful wash on exaust manifold..

The steel kinda reduced CS muffler, I weathered sides

and polished top

exaust sistem, prior finishing

and after painting (MM metlizer steel over black, burnished with black, blue and rust)

... I guess tomorrow I'll have the engine finished, than I need to do body's trims, transprents jobs, stickers and wheels, and more spare engine... until friday night..... I need to run...

Re: 360 Cs Blu Notte

Really nice works buddy! I admire your great sense on detailing and weathering, all those details look reasonable and balanced.

What're those oil lines? I knew only aftermarket mesh hoses can be used to represent the stuff but yours look different, and even more realistic, finer grit than the aftermarket products.
