Re: Favorite Classic cars, what are they.

My 67 Mustang fastback, 289 4v, C4, Lime gold (similiar to the 2005 Legend Lime color). Some day I'll have a '68 Alfa 1750 GTV (pocket rocket). Or a '86 Alfa Callaway GTV6 (with twin turbos) a 'very' rare car!

Re: Favorite Classic cars, what are they.

Say, that looks like Pebble Beach. I think Ralph Laren the designer has one of these.

The 67/68 Shelbys never came with a 429. biggest motors they had were the FE 428 CJs.

Some ,in 1967, came with 390s,due to 428 production problems.
so there ya have it...........the 1967 Shelby GT350& the 500.one, a small block, one a big block.

Re: Favorite Classic cars, what are they.

For me the Fords were the best of the best. NOTHING looks as cool as a REAL 1967 Shelby GT500.OR the 1968 1/2 Cobra Jets.like the ones that beat mopar in the '68 Winternationals!

Re: Favorite Classic cars, what are they.

It has to be the Jensen Interceptor - cool Italian styling, handbuilt in Britain, burbling Chrysler 440.
