Bought the TDR twin kit but needs modification to the headers.. It will not fit a stock Camaro kit.. Need to make my own headers now..

Wow, a blast from the past! I haven't logged in here in some time! Glad to see you back on this thing Ralph. It seems you have had a rough road that caused this thing to be put on the back burner? I am finally going to have a dedicated hobby area again and plan to get back to work on mine.

Where did that LS1 come from? If it is something that can be bought, where from and how is the detail?

Re: 1/12 69 Camaro Pro Street

Hey Ron yes those are kit carbs.. i dechromed them and made my own color paint.. then just detailed them and added small decals..

And Russell how are you?.. long time budd.. yeah life got in the way and then sold my 1:1 black 69.. then semi restored a 65 chevelle.. bought a house..sold chevelle bought a 72 Camaro sold that and then i bought another 69 and did a full ground up restoration in my garage.. recently just jumped back into the hobbie and decided to finally finish my Pro Street.. i have a few Camaro projects going but this one has been on hold the longest so it gets finished first..
I built the LS1 motor from scratch... did a master and sent it a friend to cast it and now you can get it on ebay.. theres one on there now.. man i made so many things for this 1/12 Camaro.. i just need to start painting and assembling.. that would be great if you came back.. its different now.. i miss many of you guys... hopefully youll get that room and jump on in...😊

I was wondering if that auction was yours! I missed the auction end by a few minutes so I missed out! I sent him a message trying to get a hold of one, maybe two (you should convince your buddy to make me a killer deal on a pair of them!). I scored a big scale 99 S-10 on there yesterday, I think that LS-1 will be perfect for it! Once I get settled into the new house and a dedicated work space set up, you will see my big scale stuff progress!

Yeah, his last auction ended at 35 shipped, he hit me up for 45 Shipped. Kind of put a bad taste in my mouth. I will probably just continue on working on my solid works rendering.

The S-10 looks like a bad NAPA promo. The truck is definitely an s-10, but it has a ranger grille. Working lights I think as well. It looks like a decent started for a repluca of what I always wanted to do to my 1:1 s-10!
