H22 or H23 for Accord?

My friend has a honda accord and is going to get a new engine for it. He was going to get a JDM H22A for it, but then he found a JDM H23A engine for $50 more and they will sell it with a manual transmission from a H22A. I have tried to find out as much information about it as possible but can't find much of anything. If any one can tell me how much HP and TQ the H23A has compared to the H22A and if bolt on performance parts that fit the H22A would fot the H23A. So what engine would make a better swap?

same specs. honestly I would just go with the h22 since we know what parts work with it. But most h22 parts will bolt up to the h23a. btw im assuming this is from osaka? dont trust them and dont buy from them. in which case anywhere else the h23a will probably be a lot more in which case its not worth it. also h23a is only obd2
