Don't you hate it when...
...you order a part from your local shop, they tell you it will be in in a couple days, then two weeks later it still isn't there. I ordered my WW lip almost two weeks ago, and the damn thing still has come in yet. I can't wait to get it on my car, since I am going to purchase and put on my fogs at the same time.
It just seems like some places just like to bullshit you so that you will buy the prodcut, then just tell you it will be a while when they don't meet the date they set. Just felt like sharing that with someone.

dude, I had that experience myself at a online store.
got mine yesterday from another shop, painted and installed. its a beauty.

YES! i had that happen to me when i bought my G20. I looked at a g20 and liked it.....I went back to the dealer to see it with my parents. It was GONE. Talked to the salesperson and they said it was being reupholstered. okay fine....2 weeks pass and i've called many times, each time he tells me it's still there and it will be back the next day. He also tells me each time to leave a deposit for it (which i don't do thank goodness) So finally i give up and look for another G20....only to find the SAME ONE
 at a different dealer miles away. Same vin and everything. So i buy it from the other dealer and call the guy back just to tell him i found another one and he doesn't need to wait for my call anymore. :finger: Sheesh what some people will do for comission. Grrrrr

wingswest IS pretty damn slow with turning around orders. they take atleast 2 days to get their ass moving...so if you ordered on monday, your lip wont move until wed. then 5 days ground would give you about close to 2 business week leadtime.
 if your shop f-ks around, then that'll put you in the 3rd or 4th week.

I actually ordered it from Versus Motorsports. I live in Glendale, AZ, where we have Versus, I think the guy that runs it is the brother of the main Versus in California. Whatever, point is he gives people the most unbelieveable prices. I have known him and done business with him over the past few years, so he cuts me some slack. He justs asks me how much I can get it for online, then takes off about 5%-10%. I guess the trade off is waiting longer...oh well.

When I ordered my lip from Wings West, it arrived pretty damn fast - about 1 week after I ordered the lip. I did the WorldWide Expedited shipping. The taxes on it were brutal though
 - damn Kanada!

sometimes stuff just takes long to get...it's not cuz the shops aren't doing anything about, it's the manufacturers that just dont have them. And if the shops happens not to have them in stock, then u would have to wait.
hey jason, i dont think i've told you something that will be here in a couple days and then u end up having to wait for a long time have i? your wheels dont count cuz they are getting MADE right now hehe...

2 weeks and counting for your WW lip?...try 4 months and counting for a small square-shaped piece of plastic called an "Impul grill"...i think theyre crash testing it, doing tensile stress testing, wind tunnel testing, and testing out on the tracks....nothing on luke, ofcourse....be patient and it shall come....(yeah right) hehehehehe ok ok ill be quiet
