turbo
the best thing to do prolly is to get a sr20det motor (nissan turbo) the sr20 motors are made to handle 400 crank hp that means when u do get it installed you can get a boost controller and raise the boost some and have some good power gaoins,
the sr20det from s13 240sx run for 1300$ on ebay so everythin with conversion should be about 3000$ i reckon look here http://members.shaw.ca/turbofiero/sr20det.htm |

I'm sorry but this is so bad, If you want excessive horsepower why not just get a Supra, they can get 700 hp on stock internals. Doing this totally defeats the purpose of driving a BMW.

i hit the wrong button and i created a thread i was suppose to post this in is there a turbo for the 318t, and having a turbo for the 4 banger in the 318t would be way more expensive than hoping in a sr20det in there, you would have to build yup the engine internals for the 318t to have a turbo at adequate boost and shit, would take mad custom fabrication too which costs mad$$$, and this guy aint got mad $$$
