I think we should have it as a webpage, and then have the authors name which we can email/pm him/her at. Also this will stop copyright infrigment and the person who wrote it gets the credit. I also think if we do break down the Modeling board, that we could have a special section for commenting on the tutorials, and what tutorials we would like to see in the future.

I suppose if a static tute is to be the one used - a concious effort at updating a FAQ on the tute within the tute itself is important. |

i like the idea of articles being written but i also think that there should be a way for eveyone who can add to the article to be able to do so because there is no way one person writing a article could get eveything included.

Just have the articles and the person who submitted it.Like that if people have problems they know who to contact for help.

How about both?
Make another subforum named tutorials. Have a website link to it, for each tutorial on the website it has its own thread. People are not allowed to post their own threads, they must come to us (the moderators) and the general census to determine wether or not its a good tutorial to put up. Wasted OT replies can be easily deleted. Keep it a strict forum.........I can help out in modelling forum too if you guys need - reason I dont delete posts or threads is because its not my territory, dont wanna step on toes |
