Why so many recalls?

Bad days at factories? Defective parts?

Was thinking same thing, 100k Tundra engines!! Lotta factors involved, defective electronics, outsourced components, poor quality control. The list could keep going.

I watched a video of a man disassembling an engine that failed after about 63,000 miles. He found two broken pistons.
