Engine Stopping in 2020 Soul

Hello!
I am hoping I can reach out to a seasoned mechanic or two and gather some possible reasons for my car troubles. A couple of weeks ago my car stopped abruptly (very fast I might add) while driving through a parking lot. Very scary feeling. It did restart and I got home. I called AAA- they came be checked the alternator and gave me a new battery. Then a couple of days later the engine turned off again but I luckily had just parked. I had it towed to the dealer and they cannot find anything wrong with the car. Of course I jumped on google and now have a list of possibilities that I’d like them to confirm they ruled out lol. Any ideas? Please help!
