Belt replacement tool

Took my 2016 CX-5, 2.5 L, to have the belts replaced. My mechanic called me back and said he couldn't do the job because he didn't have the right tool! ??????? What special tool is needed for that?

UPDATE: Just watched a belt replacement video on YouTube on the same year, model & engine.
Except for removing the bottom "rain sheild" and front passenger tire, the only tool used was a 17 mm wrench to retract the belt tensioner.

Sounds like you need to find a new mechanic.
