Stuck, need a suggestion on fuel tank

Hi! My fuel pump has gone out and I'm going to try to replace it myself, but I'm in a catch-22. I have a full tank of gas and due I guess to the anti roll valve I cannot get any kind of hose in to siphon it out. I have tried all the suggestions I've seen, including using a stiff 1/4" hose with an angled end, but no luck. Any suggestions?
