I've got a 1988 mini ram/caravan. Starts up fine and sounds all healthy but after running for a few minutes it starts running lumpy and spluttering sounding like fuel starvation. I've replaced fuel filter and and fuel pump to ensure fuel delivery is ok, have also replaced spark plugs, leads, distributor and rotor recently. Done a compression test and all cylinders came back between 140-160psi. Now at a loss and dont know what to look for next, does anybody have any ideas?

Re: 88 Mini Ram/caravan 3.0L v6 running rough after a short time
I'd take a look at the capacitors on the ECU. I'm sure the early 3.0s that came in Chryslers suffered the same fate that the early 90's 3.0's that came in Mitsubishis suffered.
