welcome to Automotive Forums.. here in America, many people use the white correction marker for high lighting the tire scripting letters; as many do not even come white.. but using hair dye for the black wall of the tire is original, and probably lasts longer than chemical products like armor all.. is that your corolla in the video?

I am from Bangladesh, people here don't use this kind of things. I appreciate your reply, and yes this is my daily driven corolla since 2002.
