Rough ride, could this be the reason

Could this be the reason why the rear wheel shakes it rides rough it's like the car is riding on bumps i know this part of the Axle is not smooth but could this make a car ride that rough my bearings and seals are good on both sides in the rear.

The axle could be saved with a Speedi-Sleeve if you can't find a suitable replacement. A replacement axle will probably be cheaper, and stronger. The only kick will be finding one with the proper tone wheel for the ABS/traction control system.
