2014 MDX Rear seat rattle

I am having issue with 2014 Acura MDX where I hear the rattling noise coming from rear seat when driving on rough road.

I have identified the issue and solution provided by Acura, but it requires the rear seat removal, and there I am not finding any information regarding how to remove the rear seat.
