Lost Immobilizer of my City Car’s Key

Hi Folks

I have lost key's "Immobilizer" of my new Honda City (Aspire, 1.5 Auto). Actually someone has stolen this immobilizer from my office. I have the Key but no immobilizer. Now, I am afraid to use the 2nd immobilizer which came with its 2nd key. Kindly provide me information that the lost Immobilizer is how much important? Can it be misused in future, for stealing of my car? Is it necessary to deactivate first immobilizer before using the second one? If it is so, then how to deactivate my lost immobilizer? I need your experts opinion so that i may start driving with a peace of mind.

Or if there is some other solution of this problem, please inform.

Your earlier reply would be highly appreciated.

Take your car to the nearest dealership they probably may provide with better set of solutions. I won't recommend any local mechanics for such issue.
