Cool Is This Tire Pressure Chart For Real?

Please follow the link below, and scroll approx. halfway down to the bluish-green tire pressure temperature compensation chart included:

And weigh in.

It suggests that, if I maintain IE: indicated(that is, with a reliable gauge) pressure of 32PSI in mid-summer(July), that I should adjust pressure to indicate 37-38PSI for typical January-Feb weather here in Connecticut?

Don't get me wrong: I do not subscribe to the ancient belief that indicated tire pressures should be lowered 1-3PSI in winter. No sireee! In fact I try to indicate, on my particular car, 33psi first thing in the morning, be it July, January, October, or April, here in New England.

So which is right - Moi? Or that chart?
