Help, cannot find a "post new thread" button on Focus forum.

Quite some time ago I have posted on the Focus Fanatics forum (in addition to this one). Then I forgot my password for the Focus forum and could not access it. Didn't really need to, so didn't try for a year or more.

Now I have reset a new password, and can log in on the Focus forum, but cannot find anywhere on it a place to start a new thread.

Can anyone here advise what I'm doing wrong....?
