2004 olds alero wont start when engine is hot

I have a 2004 olds alero 3.4 6cyl engine and car starts and runs great no dashboard lights but after a ride when car is warmed up if I stop it to run into store ect then the car will crank like t wants to start but wont security flashing light by radio goes off when i try to start have to wait till engine cools to restart then it runs fine again ant ideas very frustrating
