98 Squeal/chirping Noise

I'm realy not sure. All I know is that it fixed my 98 Escort ZX2

Thanks for the fix. Might be the last one with this squeal/chirping noise that sounds just like a loose belt (being a 98). Could not figure it out. the noise came from where ever you were standing. Went out after reading this and cracked my oil filler cap and WALLA the noise stopped. Thanks again.
