2005 chevy colorado possible drive shaft noice

HELP HELP i have a 2005 colorado and drove to a meet this weekend approximately 400 miles round trip. I have 109000 miles on it. This morning when i pulled away frome my drive i noticed a squealing kinda noise from under the car. It seems like it shows up when i first accelerate and under load at low speeds. At first i thought it maybe the rear drum brakes, maybe a spring busted loose? well the rotation did match up with the rotation of the wheel it was much faster so i think it wound have to possibly be the U joint. Possibly since original alittle dry. Am i on to something or can it be something else. Please Please Help i have to try and get this operating correctly by next weekend. BIG thanks in advance

Take the driveshaft off and check that the u-joints move freely, probably the rear one is dry and binding. If so, replace both at the same time.
