91 dakota dies going down hill only
When going up an incline everything is fine. When going down and I touch the brakes the rpms bounce and engine stalls. Takes a few seconds of cranking to restart. Something with fuel system?

If you are in park and idling and you apply the brakes does the idle hunt?
If so, suspect something brake booster.
