2007 dodge grand caravan break shuttering downhill
I have a 2007 dodge grand caravan and once and a while when going down a long hill while I break the front drivers side breaks seem to shutter or shake and make the corresponding noise. We checked the break pads and rotors and they look good at least 30-40% life left and rotors are smooth and shiny. The problem only happens once and a while and it seems to be on the same hills. I just want to know if there is any known problems with this car so that this issue can be properly addressed.

Re: 2007 dodge grand caravan break shuttering downhill
This is a common problem especially after driving in the rain. The rotors warp slightly and cause shaking. You can get the rotors turned with new pads. Hard pads are more prone to cause this problem.
