Need Help bout my Cefiro 230jm,2006 models

Hi guys,

I have this problems, when im driving at 1++ km/h just now, but then, its getting slow. From 1++km/h to only 60 or 80km/h. Wen i try to rev it, its only cn do at 60 or 80.please help
