BMW E39 Tiptronic gearbox Reverse Problem

hey guys, i'm new guy here ... i got one problem on my Bmw e39 525 ... so ill try to inform you about my problem...

few days ago when i was parking my car (i wanted to use Reverse), when i changed Gearbox from D(drive) To R(Reverse), can went back but suddenly car stopped moving back .. it was like N (Neutral).... problem started from this moment ... when i do gearbox on R (i can fell that car is trying to go back but he doesnot), if you push Gas pedal, u Rev counter is raising ... it's same like Gearbox is on N (Neutral) and u push on pedal ...

what can be problem ? there is no sounds on gearbox, oil level is normal in gearbox .... .. anyone can tell me what can be reason in this situation ?
