My horn won't work 😒 I'm new pls help.

Hi my horn won't make a sound the fuse is fine, Some nights when I turn the ignition off the horn continuously makes a sound not often. but someone told me from autobarn that my relay switch isn't clicking...no idea what that means or what to do.
Any advice is much appreciated.
