'88 LeBaron Windshield Washer not working

I bought this car a year ago. The windshielld washers didn't work. I Pulled the washer tank , cleaned it and replaced the pump. Now there is no power to the pump when the washer button is activated. I suspect the switch because fuse is good and the resume on the cruise won't increase the speed while driving with the cruise on. I found the correct turn signal combo stock on line but I can' find any info about replacing it. Does anyone know how this is done?

Had a similar problem with windshield wipers not working - stopped in the middle of a heavy rain storm!!! The brushings in the wiper motor were worn, had the motor replaced. The part was less than 50 bucks - close to 100 bucks to install. Problem solved, but do it yourself!!!
