1964 Ford Galaxie Station Wagon R&R Resin 1:25

Hi

Starting with another project, this time:

1964 Ford Galaxie Station Wagon from R&R Resin in 1:25. The car is a promo kit and becomes a Custom Station Wagon, with opening hood and decklid and a Ford 427 ci engine.

I get this one from a friend in a painted condition.

Here are some pics of the promo chassis.

This is the same chassis like the first one

Getting off the old paint and the BMF.

The body with some different wheels and tires. I think the nr. 3 looks pretty good.

The body is not correct at the window area and the rear...

I will fix this soon...updates following....

The revell 427 Ford engine looks good, but too much chrome.

Starting to correct the side line at the window and door area.

Here is a closer look at the new driver and the old passenger side.

Hi

Starting to correct the passenger side.

The windows have the same high now. Smaller A,B and C-pillars and a new roof line.

I ordered some new wheels for this ride.

Pegasus 23" T´s chrome...

...and 19" T´s chrome gold.

These wheels are perfect, but I´m waiting for the 23" Holly´s.
