relay or fuse problem

I have a 2005 Kia Carnival. All instruments are non-op, power windows don't work, and no dash lights. Can anyone help me out?

Relay is my guess. Had a dodge ram truck, relay when out, no cluster, no power windows, no rear tail lights.
