93 Concorde with 989 original miles

I just found this car and I am needing suggestions on what processes I might consider, for example; transmission fluid change, oil and coolant, what types of fluids specifically. This car has been sitting a long time and I want to "wake it up" properly so to speak. The dash cluster is not working at all, neither is the AC, the engine sounds great, but the transmission feels like it is frozen in one gear, feels like 2nd or 3rd, no overdrive.
