Questions about purchasing a car without full logbook (UK)
I live in the UK and I've just put down a deposit on a car. The owner doesn't have the full logbook but does have the green slip. Is this still safe to purchase? Are there any precautions I should take? I've done a check on the car at mycarcheck.com but does online services like this check against logbook loans? I'm not too knowledgeable about these things so any help would be appreciated!
