rio broken spark plug

Hey y'all, Merry Christmas!

So I was changing the plugs in my brothers 08 Rio. When I got to number 4, the plug broke. I got it all out, but a tiny fragment smaller than half a grain of rice fell into the cylinder. My friend was with me, and he is a professional mechanic, and he said it was ok. When we were done, we started it and revved it to 4 grand. Everything was fine, but it was a tiny bit smelly. Probably just a cold rev. Should I be worried about the porcelain in the engine? Please give me some good news! Thanks -Mac

Depending on the size it probably broke up and was blown out with the exhaust.
If you don't hear it tapping or leaking you should be fine.
