1967 Lotus 49 - Jim Clark

The build has been finished up. I was unsure about how it would look as a finished product when I picked it up off Hobbylink Japan, although the involvement from Tamiya in the production of this kit means the fitment has been superb.

There was next to no fitment issues and I have gone and built this as a OOB build and it looks great. Very happy with the finished product. I highly recommend picking this kit up!

Wow, finished already and it looks really nice. Glad to see that the large yellow nose decal conformed well onto the complex curves, looks almost painted on, well done..

Re: 1967 Lotus 49 - Jim Clark

Cheers guys. The nose decal conformed quite well, just needed lots of time and microsol to make it do so. Towards the end as it came together the urge to keep pushing on to get it done certainly took over.

Already onto the next kit too haha.

Cheers

Aaron
