I have a 2000 Kia sportage what is the fuel system pressure I need to check fuel pump I think it's going bad

There are two types of fuel pressure test for a 2000 Kia Sportage. First is the fuel pressure hold test which specifies 21psi, second is the fuel line pressure test which specifies 42 psi. Keep in mind there are other conditions such as a clogged fuel filter, bad pressure regulator, leaking injector or restricted or clogged fuel line that could make a vehicle fail the pressure test.
