98 5.4 lt rlincoln navigator heater issue
I have a 98 5.4 litr navigator replaced thermo, flushed, filled, gttn rdy to back fluch, hoses dont get hot neither does engine temp any guesses, just started blowing semi warm air

You probably need to purge the air out of the cooling system.

WE HAVE TRIED THAT TO SEVERAL TIMES, I FORGOT TO MENTION NO OVERHEATING OR LEAKING EITHER. I SAW A SITE THAT SAID SOMETHING ABOUT A METAL HOSE LEADING FROM BACK OF ENGINE TO WATER PUMP COULD THIS BE IT CAUSING MY PROBLEMS

New thermostadts have been know to be bad out of the box. Sounds like its stuck open

Does it have rear heat? You have a door in the dash the separates cold and hot. Mine is stuck on hot yours could be stuck on cold! Common problem on older navi's and expeditions. YouTube it.... Good luck hope this helps
