Safety Mode, reduced performance

Hi all,

Performance problem Caprice royale 2005 LS1 Engine Gulf space V8 180000 KM its showing messages:

1 - Service Vehicle Soon
2 - Safety Mode - Reduced Performance
And could not go above 80kmh.

I Changed Throttle and fuel pump , spark plug
but still same problem , please help on that ...

Any suggestions Please !

Hmm, how about codes?

You need to put an OBDII scanner on it and read all the codes - write them down, post them here and we'll see how we can help.

with a warning message like this It should be something like p1514. the throttle body and the TAC should be inspected. also the wiring.

also check for any un metered air into the engine .
