Pulsing lights
All the lights on my 1999 Vitara have started pulsing, not in time to RPMs, random patterns and brightness. At best you hardly notice it at worst it looks like I am hitting the flash to pass lever constantly. All the lights, dash, tail, etc. are effected.
The charging system light has never come on and the battery is always up. Any ideas out there?
