tranny swap! need info

i have a 97 prelude h22a stock tranny. what would be the best tranny to put on to help me make this a 10 sec. car. im new at this stuff so any help will be great. i want this car to be a beast. i plan on getting some pistons nd valves with the works.

i keep hear how people put f series trannys into h series engines nd so on nd so forth. would this work for me?

If you are looking at 10's, any stock transmission will not hold up for you, so it really doesn't matter which one you get.

Any H or F series transmission will fit. H22, H23, F22, F23.
