Achilles Tires

Time to replace the tires on my 2001 Rodeo. The guy at the shop recommended the Achilles Desert Hawk tires. I never heard of them. Has anyone have these or know anything about them?

Smile Re: Achilles Tires

No experience with these tires . . . but I don't like the name. The name suggests that these tires will become the weak point of the otherwise indestructible Rodeo. I'm sure the company was named with a more positive connotation in mind, i.e. the greatest warrior in Greek mythology. Good luck with the tires.
