Unhappy Help Passlock 1 issue sunfire

I have a pontiac sunfire 1997 and the ignition lock cylinder has locked up on me. And i have tried to remove the lock cylinder and i busted it up pretty bad. i also have had some friends help try to remove it and it is now busted up but still in position. we have managed to get the steering wheel unlocked and unlocked the shifter and i am trying to start the car with a screw driver that is placed directly in the ignition switch on the left hand side. The street is getting cleaned tomorrow and if i dont get it started and moved they will tow it. the car tries to start but i believe the passlock one is cutting the fuel off. I tried to bypass it using the clip that was busted off the lock cylinder, i used i mesured it and it read .644 on the 2k section and i need to know what resistor to use and how to bypass the passlock system to start the car, please help i been trying for 1 month and my time is running out
